About Me
Becky's interest in holistic healing when she suddenly lost her sister to suicide in 2016 and then navigated the traumatic birth of her daughter less than a year later. She spent the next few years healing through many different modalities and experiences. Rebecca's story was featured in her local newspaper, The Missourian, here.
Drawing on her own personal experience of loss and trauma, as well as years of professional exposure within the Emergency Medicine and Operating Room setting as a Registered nurse for over 15 years, her therapeutic support is individualized, presence-and-mindfulness based, and trauma sensitive.
She works to empower her clients to heal themselves by supporting them to honor their experience in all of it's pieces, the dark and the light, the good and the bad, the peaks and valleys in a safe and sacred space.

Becky resides in Washington, MO with her husband of 10 years (Matthew), her two daughters (Josephine and Madelyn), and her furry companion of 17 years (Brooks).

Our Journey
Life can be so overwhelming sometimes. Each and every day we are met with experiences that challenge us in some way. Learning how to navigate and integrate these challenges can be difficult. The goal of the support services are sit with you, even in those darkest moments, and meet your healing compassionately in an individualized manner through many different holistic modalities.
The approach to healing is holistically based which simply makes sure to incorporate all levels of the mind, body and spirit. The key of the journey is self awareness which leads to self acceptance. Once we are able to hone in on our self awareness and self acceptance, we notice that we are also able to provide that awareness and acceptance onto others. This leads to a more compassionate approach to the world.
