About Our Journey
When mourning comes, I will welcome you without judgement and meet you with love and compassion wherever you are on your journey.
Life can be so overwhelming sometimes. Each and every day we are met with experiences that induce grief in some way. The loss of anything (a loved one, a dream, a relationship, a job, a sense of safety, etc) can be difficult to navigate and integrate. Even when surrounded by others, the journey through loss can seem so isolating when dealing with the many layers of emotions and changes that occur. I offer professional support to sit with you, even in those darkest moments, and meet your healing compassionately in an individualized manner.
I can also be a resource for those looking to support grieving friends and family or those who want to become more self aware. I am able to help you learn how to help empower your loved ones in their most trying time.
“There are some people who could hear you speak a thousand words, and still not understand you. And there are others who will understand — without you even speaking a word.”

Rebecca's interest in serving the traumatized transpired when she suddenly lost her sister to suicide in 2016 and then navigated the traumatic birth of her daughter less than a year later. She spent the next few years healing through many different modalities and experiences. Drawing on her own personal experience of loss and trauma, as well as years of professional exposure, her therapeutic interventions are always presence-and-mindfulness based and trauma sensitive. She works to empower her clients by supporting them to honor their experience in all of it's pieces, the dark and the light, the good and the bad, the peaks and valleys.
Rebecca became a Certified Provider of Compassionate Bereavement Care® trained by the world-renowned expert in traumatic loss and child death in families, Dr. Joanne Cacciatore, after practicing in the field of medicine for over 20 years.
